One thing I offer is Latin Music featuring Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, and other Spanish music with a bit of American music thrown in here and there.  I call it Noche Caliente!  I've been hosting it at La Fiesta in Port Orange, Florida.  This is an example of a typical small party set-up for areas with limited space and smaller crowds.  

Daytona USA is a Motorsports Themed Attraction located at Daytona International Speedway.  Each year they do a Halloween Spooktacular for the kids in the area.  This setup includes the while nine yards with a very large sound system, two trees full of intelligent lighting effects, and fog.
